Indicated is a fairy fort or stone ringfort in Carrowcarragh, County Sligo, Ireland. The circular area spans thirty-eight metres and rises nearly a metre above the surrounding pasture. Grass-covered foundations of collapsed drystone walls mark the interior and outer edges, while a dry flat-bottomed fosse circles the main structure. A quarry now cuts into the northeast edge of the cashel.

In pasture, on a break in an E-facing slope. A circular area (diam. 38m) raised 0.8-1m in height above the external ground level. The interior is defined by the grass-covered foundations of a collapsed drystone wall (Wth 4m; int. H 0.3m) with an external dry flat-bottomed fosse (Wth 4.5m; D 0.5m). Grass-covered foundations of a collapsed outer drystone wall (Wth c. 2m; ext. H 0.3m) are evident along the S, W and N arcs. The interior slopes down gently to E; in the S half is a rectangular area (5m N-S; 8.4m E-W) raised 0.2m above the interior ground level. A quarry cuts into the NE edge of the cashel.
