Indicated (1838).

In pasture, on a gentle S-facing slope. A raised roughly circular area (27m N-S; 24m E-W) defined by a scarp (max. H 1m). The external fosse (Wth 5m; D 0.2m) is evident along the N arc. The fosse is visible all round as a shadow site in an aerial photograph (IASAP, 3033163-4). The interior slopes gently down to S. The rath is indicated on the 1838 OS 6-inch map as an embanked circular area (diam. c. 30m).
