
What is recorded here
On a gentle W-facing slope at the W end of a WNW-ESE ridge. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 34m N-S; 31m N-S) defined by a scarp (H 0.5-0.6m) which is incorporated into a field bank N-E. There are traces of a fosse (Wth of base 3.6m; D 0.15-0.2m) SE-SW, which has been excavated into ponds NE-SE and SW-W, but there is no identifiable original entrance.
