On a gentle NE-facing slope of a NW-SE ridge. Slightly raised rectangular grass-covered area (dims 39m NW-SE; 37m NE-SW) defined by an earthen bank with some scrub (Wth 2.8-3.3m; int. H 0.8-1m; ext. H 1.3-1.6m) and a slight fosse or ditch (Wth of base 1m; D 0.1-0.3m) on the SE and SW sides, and a scarp (H 0.8-1m) on the other sides. Rath (RO028-125----) is c. 160m to the SW and rath (RO028-126----) is c. 200m to the S.
