What is recorded here

Indicated is a ruined fairy fort in West Galway, a shallow circle of collapsed stone hidden under grass and later field walls. It is the kind of place where human memory has thinned to suggestion: a boundary marked, a life led, a name lost. What remains is shape, not story; the land kept the circle but gave back none of the hands that built it.

In level grassland. Poorly preserved and overgrown circular cashel (D 50m) defined by a collapsed drystone wall overlain by a field wall. Some original facing stones are visible at SE.
