On a low rise. D-shaped overgrown area (dims. c. 20m E-W; c. 17m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2.8m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 0.4m) S-NW and a stone-covered scarp (H 0.4m) NW-NE. There is no visible fosse or entrance. A NE-SW field bank and hedge truncate the perimeter at SE.
