What is recorded here

Indicated is a broken fairy fort in County Cork, its fifty-metre earthen bank still standing from southwest to north while the rest has levelled into pasture. The inner face holds a stone terrace, a small deliberate shelf inside a forgotten circle. Whatever lived there stopped building, stopped remembering, and let the grass take the seam.

In pasture, on ESE-facing slope. Hachured as circular enclosure on 1842 OS 6-inch map. Arc (diam. c. 50m) defined by earthen bank (H 1.2m) SW->N. Inner bank face terraced; terrace stone faced.
