On laneway, to W of road. Front (SE) of 4 bays, off-centre door to right with projecting jambs, window in SW end wall. Gable ended to NE with attic window; roof collapsed at SW end but appears to have been hipped; thatched with off-centre brick chimney. Walls of mud construction, stone faced in parts; according to owner SW end of house rebuilt with stone c. 90 years ago. Abandoned.
