Situated just inside the second rampart of a hillfort (WI026-004----). D-shaped platform (dims. 14m NW-SE; 12m NE-SW) defined on the N and E (upslope) sides by a boulder wall (Wth 1.2-1.3m) and on the downslope sides by a steep scarp (H 0.8m). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wicklow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. Date of upload/revision: 17 December 2008
