'Chamber 3. Located to the north of chamber 2 (KE068-169002-), this very denuded circular stone structure 2.5m in maximum diameter, with two rudimentary courses of stone surviving, attaining a maximum height of 0.5m and 0.6m wide. The southern portion of walling utilises an earth fast boulder. It appears that this also opened to the north, but has been robbed out.'
The above description was published in F. Coyne, 'Islands in the clouds: an upland archaeological study on Mount Brandon and the Paps, Co. Kerry.' (Kerry Co. Council in association with Aegis Archaeology, 2006).
