Situated c. 50m W of the summit of Baltinglass Hill on level ground 15m inside the inner rampart of Rathcoran hillfort (WI027-026001-). Small slightly raised area (diam. 8m) defined by a low overgrown stony bank. One of two possible hut sites in the interior of the hillfort.
