Hut site in Maghanlawaun

In rough grazing, on bog and within field walls (KE072-016----). A circular hut site (diam. 3.1m), defined by the jumbled remains of a stone wall (H 0.2m; T 0.7m), protrudes above the surface of the bog. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry. Volume I: South-West Kerry' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009).
