What is recorded here
Faunarooska holds a forgotten chamber inside a Clare ringfort, where a small circular shadow and rectangular annexe still mark the edge of a lost home. The grass hides more than it reveals, but the shape suggests a person once lived there, bending wood or stone into a place small enough to forget and strong enough to resist time.
Within a ringfort (CL005-014003-) in a large multiperiod field system (CL005-014001-). A small, poorly preserved subcircular feature (3.6m E-W; 3m N-S) lies to SE of centre of the generally flat and grassed interior of the ringfort and may be the remains of a hut site. An equally small and poorly preserved rectangular annexe appears to abut the SE sector of the possible hut site.
