The following description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Carlow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1993). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. Date of upload/revision: 25 May 2011 Complex of two oval hut sites and small field. Hut A (CW004-055001-), defined by collapsed boulder wall (max. H 2 courses) with possible entrance at NW (max. diam. 3m). Hut B (CW004-055003-), c. 25m to ESE of A, defined by collapsed stone wall (max. diam. 2.5m). Poorly defined rectilinear enclosure (CW004-055002-) (dims. c 3m x c 13m), probably haggard constructed adjacent to face of outcrop, 3m SE of Hut B.
