Hut site in Dunaree Latin

Dunaree Latin holds a D-shaped hut inside a rath, its low earthen banks barely rising thirty centimetres above the Monaghan soil. The chamber measures 6.5 metres along its longer axis and joins another hut immediately to the north, forming a cramped domestic cluster rather than a lonely shelter. People may have lived there during seasonal work or local conflict, using the rath as a guardrail while the huts provided warmth. The earth still marks the footprint, preserving a small human arrangement that predates modern memory.
