Dún Sheáin held four possible hut sites, suggesting a small community rather than a lonely outcast. This northern chamber measured six metres across before decay stripped it to a low western arc. People likely breathed, heated stones and shared food inside that circle, while the rest vanished into soil and memory.

Located in the N part of the interior of ringfort (KE053-077----), only the W arc of this structure survives. It is 6m in diameter and the wall is reduced to a stony bank up to .75m high.
