Hut site in Derrynafeana (dunkerron North By., Knockane Par.)

Within a field system (KE072-006----). The remains of a D-shaped hut site (1.2m E-W) with a straight W side (L 2.6m) are defined by the tops of stones (T 0.4m; H 0.3m) which protrude above the surface of the bog. The straight W side is part of a N-S field wall. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry.
