Hut site in Cashelkeelty

Within the SE sector of an enclosure (KE108-054----). The remains of a circular hut site (2.5m E-W; 2.4m N-S) defined by the lower courses of a collapsed drystone wall (T c. 0.55m; H 0.6m). Stones from the lower course protrude above the blanket bog and are partly grass covered. Rubble from the collapsed upper courses is strewn along the perimeter. There is another hut site (KE108-054003-) 8m to the SE. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry.
