Hut site in Baurearagh (glanarought By., Banawn Ed)

In rough hill pasture, on a SE-facing slope, overlooking the valley of the Baurearagh River. The remains of a circular hut site (diam. 2.2m) defined by a poorly preserved, drystone wall (T c. 0.5m; H 0.4m) which is cut (D 0.3m) into the upslope at NW and built up (H 0.2m) externally at SE. The lower course stones protrude above the bog. Loose stones are scattered internally along the NW arc and externally on the downslope to the SE. A relict field boundary (KE109-064004-) is c. 30m to the S and there is a hut site (KE109-064002-) 50m to the S.
