What is recorded here

Mangerton Mountain looms south from the ridge, watching the small circular hut where grass now chokes the drystone wall. The entrance still faces northwest, perhaps guiding whoever built it toward arriving home or leaving again. Two cairns sit nearby like forgotten markers, holding the shape of a life that no longer remembers its own name.

In a heavily overgrown area of rough pasture, on the S-facing slopes of a NW-SE ridge, with views S to Mangerton Mountain. The remains of a roughly circular hut (diam. 1.9m) defined by a partially collapsed drystone wall (T 0.9m; H 0.8m). The entrance (Wth 0.7m) is at NW. A cairn (KE067-119011-) is c. 10m to the W and another cairn (KE067-119009-) is c. 14m to the E.
