Terraced three-bay single-storey house with half-dormer attic, built c. 1900, as part of a terrace of twelve. Renovated, c. 1935, with render façade enrichments added including moulded quoins. Pitched slate roof with red brick chimneystack to right and rebuilt chimneystack to the left, cast-iron gutters and downpipe and gabled half-dormers with pierced bargeboards. Painted rendered walls with raised render quoins having curvilinear edges. Painted concrete sills with render reveals to timber one-over-one pane sliding sash windows. Replacement timber panelled door with overlight. Street frontage.
