Terraced two-bay four-storey late-Georgian house, c. 1830; ground floor with mezzanine level. Slate pitched roof, rendered chimney stack, dormer to front elevation. Brickwork in Flemish bond to upper floors, rendered parapet with moulded cornice. Square headed openings to upper floors with stone cills, with one over one timber sliding sash windows. Painted render finish to mezzanine and ground floor levels with altered openings creating a roundel and lancet style arrangement, with incorporated separate entrance to upper floors.

Late-Georgian house which, although partially altered, retains it scale and proportions, thereby contributing to the terrace.
