Pitched corrugated-asbestos roof to eastern two bays and pitched slate to raised bay, with replacement rainwater goods and smooth-rendered chimneystacks; flat rendered roof to windbreak. Pitched corrugated-asbestos roof to outbuildings, lacking rainwater goods. Smooth lime-rendered walls to front and gables, and remains of limewash over rubble stone to rear. Square-headed openings with painted stone sills and two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows with exposed reveals. One intrusive window opening to rear of house. Timber battened door, approached by stone steps. Low rendered boundary wall to front. Single-bay single-storey outbuilding to west, having pitched corrugated-asbestos roof and rendered walls and timber battened door to east gable.
An attractive dwelling with outbuildings retaining vernacular features. The varied roofscape and irregular fenestration pattern are characteristic of vernacular buildings and the timber sash windows enhance the architectural heritage value and character of the ensemble.
