Terraced three-bay two-storey with dormer attic house, built c.1860, having recent flat-roofed dormer window to front (south-east) and gabled dormer window to rear (north-west). Recent single-storey conservatory to rear. Pitched slate roof having rendered chimneystack, timber clad eaves and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls with plinth, having moulded render string course below eaves. Square-headed window openings with tooled limestone sills throughout, having uPVC casement windows to front elevation openings. Two-over-two and three-over-three pane timber sliding sash windows to rear elevation openings. Round-headed door opening to front elevation with chamfered rendered reveals, having timber panelled door with cast-iron door furniture, single-pane fanlight and tooled limestone stepped approach.

Built as part of a terrace of ten, this terrace is part of a group of fine late nineteenth century houses, which along with the pairs of Eastern and Western Villas, form an interesting ensemble. The slate roof, timber sliding sash windows and limestone sills are among the surviving original features which add to the character of both the building and terrace. Its prominent location overlooking the Owenboy River and enjoying a fine view of Crosshaven to the south, makes it a notable addition in the landscape.
