Terraced four-bay two-storey rendered house, built c.1920, also in use as public house. Decorative timber shopfront retaining stone threshold, fluted pilasters, moulded timber frames, and mullions. Ruled-and-lined render to first floor. Pitched tile roof with rendered chimneystacks.

This building is of architectural heritage significance due to its timber shopfront. The shopfront is well designed and well executed, and exhibits high quality carving and detailing. Located on the east side of the market square, it makes a positive contribution to the streetscape.
