Terraced five-bay two-storey house, built c.1930, with flat-roofed central porch. Pitched pantile roof with rendered chimneystack. Roughcast rendered walls with rendered plinth. Timber sash single and paired windows.
This house is an interesting addition to the predominantly nineteenth-century streetscape of Summerhill. The building retains many interesting features and materials, such as the single and paired timber sash windows, and the flat-roofed entrance porch.
