Detached four-bay two-storey house, built 1878, with gabled central bay. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and timber bargeboards. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with label mouldings and stone sills.
This former estate worker's house was built in the nineteenth century as part of the planned estate village of Summerhill. The façade of the house is enlivened by interesting architectural details, such as the label mouldings and the gabled central bay.
