Pitched artificial slate roof with rooflight, uPVC gutter, cast-iron down pipe and cement rendered chimneystack. Cement rendered walls to ground floor with natural slate cladding to upper floors. Timber top-hung outward-opening windows with limestone sills. Metal grille to basement window. Timber glazed door with toplight. Limestone steps to front door.
