Terraced two-bay four-storey premises, c. 1810; altered and refurbished, 1993; in use as offices. Slate pitched roof, rendered chimney stack, parapet with simple coping and moulded cornice. Painted render finish to upper floors; moulded cornice to parapet. Square headed openings to upper floors having moulded architraves with cills, and timber sliding sash one over one windows. Marble surround to shopfront at ground floor level, c. 1985

Significant Georgian building on a main thoroughfare, retaining many of its characteristic features, despite the remodelling of the ground floor. Important in its own right, but also to the streetscape, and to the general character of this part of the city.
