Terraced two-bay single-storey house, c.1850, retaining original fenestration. Reroofed, c.1975. One of a pair. Pitched roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1975, clay ridge tiles, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls with rendered strips. Square-headed window opening with stone sill, and 1/1 timber sash window. Square-headed door opening with replacement timber panelled door, c.2000. Road fronted.

This house, built as one of a pair (second in pair not included in survey), is an attractive, small-scale building of almost vernacular quality that retains its original form and character, together with important salient features and materials. The house is of importance for its contribution to the streetscape, continuing the low-lying roofline of the terrace.
