Terraced two-bay single-storey house, c.1850, retaining original fenestration. Reroofed, c.1975. Pitched roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1975, clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stack, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window opening with stone sill, and 2/2 timber sash window. Square-headed door opening with timber boarded door. Road fronted.

This house is an attractive, small-scale building of almost vernacular quality that retains its original form and character, together with important salient features and materials. The house is of importance for its contribution to the streetscape, continuing the low-lying roofline of the terrace.
