Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built 1895, with coursed rubble limestone façade and brick dressings. Circular window opening inserted c. 1985. Now also in use as offices. Double-pitched roof, natural slates, cast-iron ogee gutters, brick chimney stacks. Coursed rubble limestone walls, brick dressings including moulded brick, eaves and string courses. Stone cills, 1980's door, single pane deal sash windows, flush brick dressings to opes, ground floor window altered - large circular ope with brick voussoirs and moulded surround inserted.
