Terraced three-bay two-storey hall, built 1863, with gabled and coursed rubble façade, flush brick dressings to openings and round headed door-opening. Double-pitched roof, artificial slates, projecting eaves course of brick to gable. Exposed uncoursed rubble limestone walls with brick integral flue to gable wall. Limestone cills, flush brick reveals and flat arches, two pane deal sash windows, round-headed door ope with timber panelled double doors and plain tripartite fanlight over.
