End-of-terrace single-bay three-storey house, built c. 1890, now in use as offices. Hipped tile roof with rendered walls. Tripartite timber sash windows set in segmental-arched openings. Segmental-arched door opening with replacement timber panelled door and fanlight.
Though many interesting features and materials have been replaced, this building is an interesting addition to the streetscape. The scale and form of this former house are enhanced by interesting architectural features such as the segmental-arch windows and segmental-arched door.
