Terraced two-bay four-storey premises, c. 1860; in use as public bar; separate entrance to upper floors, having slate pitched roof with parapet to front elevation, painted render finish with consoles to eaves, render quoins, moulded string courses to second and third floor cill levels, full width pubfront to ground floor with dentil cornice and carved consoles, c. 1890, retaining timber sliding sash windows; street frontage.
Distinctive and well maintained mid nineteenth-century public house retaining intact timber pubfront which adds to the buildings significance.
