Detached three-bay single-storey house, built c. 1900. Pitched slate roof. Rendered walls. Segmental-headed window openings with red brick block-and-start surrounds and stone sills, having square-headed three-over-three pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-profile rubble stone and brick piers and corrugated-iron double-leaf gates to site entrance.
Modestly sized house retaining many notable features, including timber sash windows, roof slates, and brick dressing. Simple form is enhanced and emphasised by the decorative brick dressings.
