Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c.1840. Pitched artificial slate roof with roughcast rendered chimneystacks, rendered eaves course and uPVC rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with render and stone sills, having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening, having raised render surround with lozenge detail, render step and timber battened door.

An integral part of a terrace of historic buildings located on an incline along Parnell Street. The form of the building conforms to a common design that can be found throughout the terrace. It is one of the few houses on the street which retains historic fabric and features. The timber sliding sash windows add much to its character.
