Terraced gable-fronted three-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1770, now vacant. Pitched slate roof with red brick chimneystack. Roughcast rendered walls. Timber sliding sash windows to upper floors. Ground floor openings altered and fixed windows and door inserted.

The scale and form of this former house make a positive contribution to the streetscape. This gable-fronted building is an interesting addition to the predominantly nineteenth-century streetscape, and is enhanced by the retention of notable features and materials, such as the timber sliding sash windows and slate roof.
