Terraced three-bay three-storey house, built c.1830, with integral carriage arch to ground floor. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and uPVC rainwater goods. Painted smooth rendered walls. Square-headed diminishing openings with six-over-six timber sliding sash windows and rendered sills to upper floors. Square-headed opening to ground floor with walls chamfered as sill and replacement uPVC window. Square-headed door opening with replacement uPVC door. Square-headed carriage arch to south bay.

An attractive house retaining its early character and form. The retention of well executed timber sliding sash windows adds interest and maintains the balanced proportions of the façade. A carriage arch leads through the building to the River Ilen, perhaps facilitating goods transport. This is a significant feature since the survival of such elements is increasingly at risk due to modernisation.
