Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and having moulded eaves corbels. Painted rendered walls with string course at sill level second floor. Square-headed openings having moulded render lintels with supporting consoles over first floor openings. Replacement uPVC windows. Recent replacement shopfront.

This pair's size and scale are similar to the surrounding buildings and therefore makes a positive contribution to the streetscape. The render details formalise the street elevation, and add artistic interest.
