End-of-terrace two-bay three-storey house and shop, built c. 1820, as a pair with the adjoining house. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls with render quoins. Square-headed openings having render moulded surrounds and replacement uPVC windows. Those to second floor with render sill consoles. Shopfront comprising square-headed display windows and square-headed opening with overlight and half-glazed doors, surrounded by pilasters, consoles, fascia and carved entablature.

The scale and proportions of this pair make it a fine addition to the streetscape. Though historic fabric, such as the windows have been removed, the building retains much of its character. The façade is articulated by the render detail.
