Terraced three-bay two-storey over basement house, built c.1820, having integral half-height carriage arch giving access to rear yard to eastern end of front (north) elevation. Currently vacant. Pitched slate roof with roughcast rendered chimneystack, eaves course and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered wall to front (north) elevation, roughcast rendered wall to side (west) elevation. Square-headed window openings with tooled limestone sills to front elevation, having internal timber shutters and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash. Round-headed door opening within timber doorcase, comprising engaged Doric columns surmounted by architrave and cornice, timber panelled door surmounted by decorative spoked fanlight. Tooled limestone stepped approach with rendered plinth parapets with wrought-iron railings and double-leaf gates. Square-headed half height carriage arch having concrete ramp, rendered soffit and double-leaf timber battened doors. Rendered plinth enclosing walls to front elevation with tooled stone coping surmounted by recent render coping and wrought-iron railing.

This handsome town house occupies a prominent position beside Bandon Town Hall. It retains numerous notable features including large sash windows, internal timber shutters, wrought-iron railings and an elaborate doorcase that forms the facade's focal point.
