End-of-terrace three-bay three-storey over basement house, c. 1835, having round-headed door opening and annexes to rear; slate pitched roof with rooflights and rendered walls; flat-roofed open porch addition; gateway from Summer Hill now blocked up.

First in a terrace of houses typical to this area of Cork situated in a prominent south facing position and having long gardens to the front with steps up from the street. Here the gateway has been blocked up, but the retaining wall with railings is retained.
