Terraced three-bay three-storey over basement house with dormer attic, c. 1835, having round-headed door opening and annexe to rear; moulded surround to door opening added, c. 1900; slate pitched roof and rendered walls; gateway from Summer Hill now blocked up.

One of a terrace of houses typical to this area of Cork situated in a prominent south facing position and having long gardens to the front with steps up from the street. Here the gateway has been blocked up, but the retaining wall with railings survives.
