What is recorded here

In the NW sector of ‘Caherdoon’ (CL004-027003-) where it abuts the inner face of the cashel wall. Recorded on Westropp’s plan of ‘Caherdoon’ (1905, 347). A small, poorly preserved, rectangular structure (int. dims. 2.7m NW-SE; 2.15m NE-SW) is enclosed by the remains of a wide wall (Wth 1.05m; max. H 1m). An entrance gap/doorway (Wth 0.65m) is visible towards the NE end of the SE wall. Compiled by; Gearóid Conroy Date of upload: 17 October 2022
