What is recorded here
Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built c.1880, as a pair with attached building to south-west. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rain water goods. Painted rendered walls with timber clad eaves course. Square-headed window openings with and rendered sills and one-over-one timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening with timber glazed door.
A small scale dwelling, retaining much of its historic fabric, which is an interesting reminder of the form of modest housing in the late nineteenth century. The timber sliding sash windows and timber panelled door are noteworthy original features.
