Terraced three-bay two-storey house with dormer attic, built c.1860. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack, rooflight and uPVC rainwater goods. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls with eaves course. Square-headed openings with six-over-six timber sliding sash windows, painted stone sills and recent wrought-iron sill guards (ground floor). Square-headed door opening having replacement timber panelled door and overlight.

This well balanced and modestly scaled house has retained much of its early character while the retention of features such as timber sliding sash windows enhances the facade.
