Terraced three-bay two-storey house with dormer attic, built c.1860. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystack, rooflight and uPVC rainwater goods. Painted lined-and-ruled rendered walls. Square-headed openings with six-over-six timber sliding sash windows, painted and rendered stone sills and cast-iron sill guards (ground floor). Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door and overlight.

This well balanced and modestly scaled house has retained much of its early character while the retention of features, such as timber sliding sash windows and fine cast-iron sill guards, enhances the facade.
