Terrace three-bay two-storey house with dormer attic, built c.1860. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystack and uPVC rainwater goods. Flat roof to dormers. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed openings with one-over-one timber sliding sash windows and painted stone sills. Square-headed openings to dormers with paired one-over-one timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening with replacement timber glazed door.

A noteworthy building for its retention of historic fabric, among a terrace which has sadly lost many traditional features. The low ground floor windows sills indicate that the road level has risen since the building's construction, and help create a sense of age and curiosity in the streetscape.
