Terraced two-bay three-storey house, built c. 1820, with disused shopfront to front (west) elevation. Pitched slate roof. Rendered walls. Camber-headed openings having moulded render surrounds, painted sills and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Those to second floor having head consoles. Recent shopfront comprising square-headed display window and square-headed replacement glazed door.

The size and scale of this building are in keeping with the streetscape and it makes a positive contribution to it. Though altered at ground floor level, its form is enhanced by the retention of interesting features such as timber sash windows and render details.
